Can these freesias be moved?

I want to divide my black eyed susan calla lily. I waited a week too long and now the freesias that share the pot are up 8" to10". Can I dig them up and replant them? It would not break my heart to lose them as they have no smell but they are pretty. It is a big pot so I do not know how much they will be disturbed. All of the bulbs have been in the pot 3 yrs.

the Freesias need their roots. The roots of bulbs wont regrow, once broken, until the following year.

I suggest making the hole pot water logged and try and ease them out.

Mark, thanks for the advice. Sounds like a project to do with DD as she LOVES mud. I will start water logging now and by tomorrow it should be good and muddy. I wonder what the worms will make of it? LOL
