My DD (who had the responsibility of training my puppy, Tessa) came by and brought her Labadore, Sarah. During the month I was gone and Tessa was a guest of DD these two became great friends...and Sarah is so gentle with Tessa....although at times she looks like she is hurting her...but she never does.
