is blooming in Louisiana
Herrenhauser Garten..
WOW Mary! Pretty cool!
Congratulations Mary!!!You belong to the lucky people LOL!
Oh Mary you lucky girl. I can't believe it. So many people here on the coast have given up on it. What's your secret? May have to try it again.
Nice! You must have a real green thumb. I'm still trying.......
Honestly, I don't know. I put one in a large pot, and one in the ground and pretty much ignored them all year. I don't do the heavy fertilizing like some people do. I just am not organized enough, lol, so they got fertilized maybe 1-2 times/month equivalent. They have dropped buds all summer until now. Both have flowers on them now.
Wow! Yay Mary!
Your doing something right! Thanks for sharing pics of this shy blooming brug.
Thats great!
The more people who get it to bloom, the better the chance I even get a bud!
Congrats!
Congrats Mary!
Wow Mary, that is great. It seems that HG likes cooler weather. Is this the first year that you had HG?
Woo Hoo! Congratulations Mary! :-)
Mary, I'm sure your blooms will be just beautiful and I can't wait to see them full of color and dropping their skirts all over the place.
Yours is lovely! I'm SO excited because I just got that particular variety of Brug in a plant trade. I can't wait to start growing it!! I hope mine turns out as beautiful as yours!!!
