I am the treasurer of a non-profit organization. A retiring board memember has our membership records saved on Access.

Is it possible for him to convert the Access data to Word or Excel? He uses Access to print mailing lables. I am wondering if our organization will need to purchase Access. Does anyone know the price of Access?
