Challenge - November 6, Thursday

Morning all...I know I said I would post at night but it's been such a STELLAR morning I thought I would start the thread. So far today, I've done a ONE HOUR fitness walk and the tape said I burned between 300 and 400 calories. Then I did taebo and I've read that burns 400 calories for the basic which is what I do. Then I walked the mountain and I think I remember my pedometer telling me I burned around 100 calories doing that. Whew! And the good news...I've lost a solid pound since Saturday. Too bad we don't have 10 day weeks, I might lose 2 pounds a week ROFLOL....So how is everyone else doing? BTW, I'm staying right around 1200 calories a day and even though I'm not doing Atkins, I'm staying pretty clear of carbs. fyi...Hugs to all...
