Pink Beauty has been living inside for about a month now. She keeps on blooming and is holding onto the seed pods. As soon as the blooms are done I'll take cuttings then let it go dormant for the winter.
Pink Beauty as a house plant
Kristi, aren't you gonna let the seed pods ripen too? PB is a beauty. Mine is still little but I can't wait for it to bloom.
Yep I'll let them ripen. I'm guessing they don't have much longer to go. One of the pods is crossed with Kell's Giant Yellow/It's orange at my house, LOL. The other is crossed with pollen from Kyle's Pink and Golden Lady. I put both types of pollon on there. The third pod that was crossed with Golden Lady alone got knocked off when my husband was hauling the plants inside. I never could find it. Go figure the only one I had marked and it got lost.
Very pretty picture! Sometimes, I keep a flowering Brugmansia in the house just for the fragrance of it.
After finishing, she will return into the winterhouse.
Beautiful Kristi. I love PB too and can't wait to see it bloom again
Your house must smell so nice.
very pretty Kristi, good luck with your pods. did the logee's pink beauty ever bloom? btw, the sport from the maya you sent me will be blooming in a few days.
I am trying to get some late blooms inside. That is a pretty one.
Love that brug, Kristi. Hope it makes you feel better after the week you've had.
Wow look at that color. Can't wait for mine to grow up.
what a nice smell and sight to come home to :)
Your brugs are always so pink Kristi! Good luck with your pods!!
Great picture. Those blooms are so nice and pink. I have a blooming brug in the garage, but I'm not sure it would be worth the work to get it in the house. Very pretty Kristi.
