EZ Antivirus Program

I use the eTrust EZ antivirus program which I paid for and downloaded a couple years ago. For the past 2 weeks have not been able to "upload signatures" keep getting a message an error occurred in the auto download and it is unsuccessful. The program scans and runs, but not getting uploads as "errors were encountered during update, please see log"
All the log says is that it is an unsuccessful upload. Can't find where to get and answer even on their webpage!
Any suggestions, greatly appreciated!
