Well, DH has brought home 7 pheasant.......I do not have a clue what I am going to do with them. Could ya all please give me some suggestions. I would love to make some nice meals with them. I know that I would like to save 2 of them for New Years eve and do something real special.So anything you can tell me about frying, roasting, baking or ? would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
