Has anyone heard from Mavie? Haven't seen her post on here in several weeks and haven't heard from her. I know she lives in California near where the fires are.

She has posted a couple of times on the fire threads... there's one in the photo forum and one under general discussion. Here neighborhood was inches away from being evacuated... but thank goodness the winds changed directions.
Thanks for letting me know. I was worried because she used to email quite often, and then just abruptly stopped writing. I knew that she had not been feeling well, so maybe that is the reason why.
I had an email earlier this week.At that time the fires were about 30 miles from her.They were packed and ready to go.
