HaH virus?

I got an email in just now and the subject line was HaH...I thought it was from someone I knew, the address was almost like hers. It had an attachment....my stomach is turning over...I think it was a worm or virus. Does anyone know if this is a virus going around? The email came from scooterbugss...ACK! I Never open attachments...what did I do???
