I found out last night from the source that I got mine from that this plant is not marrakesch. Anyone that i've sent cuttings of this to,you do not have marrakesch. I don't know what it is.
I don't know who all I sent this plant to but please accept my apologies for sending you something other than what you wanted. It was an honest mistake as I just found out myself that it's not the right plant.

My marrakesh looks like this..came from a friend two years ago.
Does that turn darker, Kyle? I thought it was orange or peach.... or am I thinking of something else? I have Marrakesh but it hasn't bloomed yet.
Your bloom, Kyle, sure looks different from the one in the BGI gallery. Looks like we have another identity crisis. LOL!!
Mine came from Susie. I have not seen it bloom but I did talk to her last night on the phone concerning some other things. I had talked to TLynn night before last and she is the one that told me the plant is not marrakesch. Susie confirmed this last night.
The plant that I have labled as marrakesch has bloomed for both Tracy and Susie and the flower is snow white.
So if anyone has the "REAL" marrakesch i'd like to place my order for a cutting right now!!
I just looked at the photo of marrakesch in the BGI gallery. It is posted by B.Ward. I don't know how to attch a pic from another site onto this thread but the flower in that photo does have an orange tint to it.
If the one Kyle posted a picture of is the one he got from me, it originally came from Barb. It didn't bloom for me the first year and I didn't have room for it, so he took mine, but he may have had another one too. I don't know. I just knew I couldn't deal with a slow grower.
The one I have came from Brugie so it was from barb originally then....Isn't this confusing? LOL
