Moving Data from one 'puter to another

I am going to be getting a new Dell computer sometime between now and Christmas. I have alot of programs and things on my old computer (Frontpage 2000, Office 2000, etc) that I DO NOT want to have to buy again and reinstall on the new computer.

Is there a program or a cable or something that will allow me to transfer the programs that I already have from one computer onto a new one?
