Samsung Flat-Panel Monitor???

Thinking of getting a new flat screen monitor. Samsung has a 17" for $399 with $40 rebate at Circuit City. 1280x1024 resolution. Image Quality customer rating is 5 of 5. Anyone familiar with this or have a better idea?
