Those are monster Livistona chinensis... I don't think they CAN even get that tall in the US, except maybe Miami, or HAwaii.

I grew Chinese fan palm in St. Petersburg, Florida, for years, and saw many others in the area, but never, ever saw them so tall as this! Just fantastic.
