Well it is that time again. After skinning we put the squirrels in water with a bit of garlic and salt and soak before freezing, and then we add a bit of water to the freezer bag.
I use ours for potpies and we also bread and batter them for deep frying.
Anyone have any other squirrel recipes as the ones above are all we have and we have lots of squirrels!
