I need early planting seed for my green house. tomatoes,pepper &etc. I dont know the signtivice names so need someone to help me out. And when should i start them? Anyone willing to help would be most apprecated. Thanks,mavis

Is your greenhouse heated? You wont be able to sow and grow tomatoes unless it is frost free and heated.

mavis, you should put this question on the tomato forum. Those folks will know which varieties are early ones.

zone 8 your soooooooooo lucky! Does it even get cold there?;)
We cant put tomatos outside until after May 15th and hope we dont still get a frost! But it would nice to have them growing early in the greenhouse.,here I start them around March.

Id think you can start them Jan. when is your last frost date?
