12/23/03: Sorry Folks. I just sold my first batch of biscotti commercially. That made it necessary to retract any published versions of my recipe.

Edited to say you can now buy my biscotti in my DG Member Store, The Closet Gourmet, if you don't have the time to bake for yourself.

I sell them by the batch, which is about 27-29 pieces, weighing nearly 2 pounds.
