Looking for a recipe Emeril had made

It was a salad. Had fresh spinach, bacon, walnuts, balsamic vinegar, new potatoes. And I think you added bleu cheese to it before serving.

I gave a copy to my sister, who I found out later didn't like it and threw it out. I was making it weekly, so I didn't need a recipe. Now it's been awhile and I can't remember how ; (

If you know what I am talking about, PLEASE give me the whole recipe!!!
