My DD and I picked over nine pounds of scuppernong/muscadines yesterday!
Now, lookee here...wasn't there a few of ya'll out there that had some tips/recipes for making wine out of these? If so, I'd appreciate someone coming forth and letting me know their preferred method. (Otherwise I'm gonna smash 'em, heat 'em up a bit, add some baking yeast, cross my fingers and hope for the best.)
