Chicken n' Kraut

This is good! And don't knock it till you have tried it.
In Dutch Oven melt 1 cube butter. Drain well 1 large jar saurkraut and stir into melted butter. Place halved chicken breasts (2 or 3) or whole thighs on top. Next layer with red potatoes. Cover & bake 350 got 1 1/4 hrs. Now this is important: Serve with butter and SOUR CREAM.
