HELP w/ HP all in one

Do any of you have one of these new fangled all in one printer, scanner, copiers? This one is by HP and is a 750 xi. Works great except the durn scanner won't install. I've done the driver thing and installed what they sent me but no help. Am I doing it wrong maybe? I really hate stuff like this!!!
