Just want to share my favorite quick fall soup recipe. I keep the ingredients on hand to make a quick meal when I am just too tired after work. It is even better the second day.
Easy Taco Soup
Brown about a pound of ground meat (I use ground chuck). Drain any grease. Add one package of McCormick's Taco Seasoning, a can of Rotel tomatoes, and about one half cup of Pace Picante Sauce. Stir and cook for about a minute. Then add one can corn, one can Ranch Style Beans. Add enough water to make it soupy. Then cook for about 5 to ten minutes. You can serve with crackers and put a little cheese on the hot soup to perk it up. This is so easy and delicious. Jenny
