Hello, I finally found this and other photos. Thought it was called "Velvet Plant" but found nothing like it when I googled it. so came to Dave's Garden & tried Velvet Succulent, but no luck with plant database, so tried the forums... Yo! Now I'd like to know how to care for it so I get larger leaves like yours.... & couldn't find that, so emailing you... I'm in West Palm Beach FL (SE FL) Between Zone 9b and 10b so east section of 10a..
Thanks for your time !
Marie

That's not mine, but in a botanical garden... however it is very typical of ones out here... full sun, tons of heat... and i think very little water. Not sure how your high humidity will affect this plant. Plant in photo has a pretty thick trunk and has probably been pruned back a few times to get such a nice head on a thick stem like that.
Thanks Bob, Just read the UBER about you! 13,000 pics!!!! WOW !
Never thought of cutting back! Good Idea! Thanks, Marie
I need to get a life, huh?
