Oh how I hate this! I was researching this palm thinking I may buy one for my dining room and I have to see the variegated form here! Now the green one is not so hot to me. Gosh, this variegated one is just so fantastic. Have you ever seen one here?

The nursery wants $179. for a small one with maybe 5 leaves and about 1 foot tall in maybe an 8 inch pot. If you know PalmBob, Is that an outrageous or an OK price?

that price is outrageous.. you can order one directly from Hawaii for under $10... but, yes, very tropical in its needs. I have never seen another variegated one aside from that one in Thailand.

WOW $10, not bad. Maybe I should look there and also get another variegated AeAe again to kill! I just got back from Florida again and am palm nuts. Thanks for the info!
