This is not Harbour Dwarf nandina.
It is either Fire Power;nana purpurea;or Woods Dwarf

The tag stated that it was 'Harbor Dwarf'. I will research the plant. Thanks for your comment. :o)

I would like to chime in (a day late and a dollar short) that this is definitely not 'Harbour Dwarf' and is most likely 'Fire Power'. 'Harbour Dwarf' has a much finer texture and flatter growing habit.
