When I was potting up the EE's to bring in for the winter. I discovered that I liked the way Lime Zinger and Hilo Beauty looked together. So they get to overwinter in the same pot.

Deb, you did well with your HiLo Beauty. I sent mine home with Doc. You would have laughed at what it looked like. I got six of these from the co-op and one lived....it looked the same when he took it home that it looked when I got it. Just couldn't get it to grow. Yours looks great. I have ears all over the place. One of my Mac's is taller than I am now. I just stripped all the extra leaves yesterday. I hate to admit that I have another addiction, but ears have a place in my yard from now on.

Shirley: I got six of the Hilo too from the first co-op, do you realize that was a year ago and that is all that thing grew. I only have the one survivor.
Out of all the Lime Zingers I have the 2 that are in that pot, plus gave one away.
Four of the Amazons are growing but slow.
On the plus side the porta dora and the ruffles did great and so did the Frydek from the 2nd. co-op. I love the frydek.
I'm like you found another addiction. My house is full of brugs and ears.
I have Kyles Imperial in the indoor fish ponds. And of course several Black Magics are in the ponds. Plus I have to dig the reg. EE's. I don't need anymore addictions.
