Wow, the end of the 9th week. Time has flown. My progress still seems slow. A bit frustrating, but it's becoming a very ingrained way of eating for me. I seldom look at sweets and have been able to enjoy a few spoonfuls of sugar free, low carb ice cream without trying to fill up a bowl or going back for a little bit more, then a little bit more, then a little bit more.
I'm not optimistic about the weigh in tomorrow - at BEST will probably be even, but I'm sure there has been some water weight gain that will resolve itself by next weekend.
Bug_girl - I'm going to try and find that book. I feel like I'm doing everything right, but maybe there is something that I'm missing.
< 20-30 carbs a day
regular green (non-starchy veggies)
Protein with each meal
No caffeine (arghhhhhhhhhh)
exercising 2-3 times a week for 50 minutes
Extra psyllium
