Hi everyone, let's get super motivated this week, only a little over a month to the end of the challenge. Hopefully we can all get at least halfway, 3/4 or even all the way to our goals!
On my side - found some new low carb alternatives:
Instead of using chips with a dip, cut thin slices of cucumbers, refreshing and with a sour cream dip, very tasty
Klondike has some very low carb chocolate ice cream bars - 3 carbs, and they taste pretty good
I also found a low carb (soy crumble) mix for "FRIED CHICKEN" - less than 4 carbs for 1/2 cup, which is enough for a few pieces and it really does taste pretty good - I had two other people confirm it does taste good. Now who can feel deprived with fried chicken? I can check the brand if anyone is interested.
Going to the gym again today, same workout - exercycle and free weights.
