This 10" pot was a steal. Original price tag was $80
Sale tag was $25 ~ found it in an antique store even though this is not an antique ~ going out of business/retirement sale.
It is pottery.
Now what should we do with it?
Suggestions?
Thanks
Whimsical Tea Cup - Just love this pot !
Plant a red Christmas catcus in it if you want to see all the pot and want it inside.
Out side I would lean to a soft pink trailing Fushia such as South Gate or Marshmellow.
If you pick one of my choices do I get to have it for the first growing season? Well I thought I may make you smile. Regards Ernie.

Thanks, eweed
At the purchase, thought it would go outdoors.
But can't wait til Spring.
Indoors is a good idea.
You answered while I was fixing it.
Wow I thought I was the only person who can't sleepin the early am. Ernie
Really cute - I have one container with a yellow/pink lantana & raspberry Bouganvilla in it, just an idea. Or you could put some herbs, since it's sort of "kitcheny". Maybe a small Rosemary for height.
Yes!
Have Rosemary outside ~ would like to bring in!
Think I may try that and also some Thyme.
They usually die on me before winter is up ~ so then I
can look into purchasing something different!
Have some lantana dug up and inside ~ doesn't look
very good right now but if it improves over winter,
it can always be transplanted over.
Thanks, guys!
Thanks Again!
Oh my,TLC, that would be about enough coffee for me, just wonder if I could pick the cup up?..... LOL. The herbs sound like just the thing to go in and you could use the small spreding lantana to go in there too....you did good TLC.......
My hubby and I go to tag sales, yard sales and auctions all the time, and we've gotten some wonderful deals....
This is the latest I got over the weekend, the Sheffelira for $4. and the Aloe for $2. really good deal........ :o)

Good for you, Willow!
That is one neat looking planter and the price was icing on the tea cake! I hope you will post a picture of it all planted up for us to see.
Hey Arlene, that would sure fit in with my teacup collection......lol...have all sizes, ........except that one!!!
"eyes"
eyes,
There have been so many people I have thought of that would enjoy it more than me but I just can't bear to give it away at the moment. (my sister has a gourmet coffee shop which it would look cute in)

Zany these are so cute, TLC what a great find.
They are cute but none of them look to be anywhere near the size of the one TLC found.
I like the airy look especially if it gets fuller don't know a thing about rosemary will it bloom ?
I still think if I am supposed to drink less cups of hot co co it should be from a cup such as that. Wow lots of carbs and sugar from that one.
Like it lots nice find and perfect for the kitchen.Ernie
Thanks, Ernie
Rosemary does bloom tiny blue flowers but I grow it to cook with.
Hi A so how is the Rosemary doing? are you cooking with it yet?, or is it to soon.?
Ernie

Hi Ernie,
I have been cooking with it but right now I am in CA. My plane getting out was delayed 3 days and now they can't get me back to Iowa til Dec 25th! So I won't be cooking with it for a while.
Hope DH does ok watering my plants.
It is supposed to be 75 here tomorrow and at home in Iowa they are expecting another blizzard starting this afternoon and into the night! So sorry I can't get home for a couple of weeks (ha ha).
Arlene
Looks like that little guy was camera shy.
Love the cup and saucer by the way.
