My Ball book (and other canning books) are packed. I need to can some raspberry JUICE today and cannot find a recipe online. I don't want to sweeten it as only some will be used for sweets like jelly... the rest will be things like raspberry vinegar.

I'm out of freezer space. so need to can this juice.
