when do you transplant oxblood lilies

Hampstead, NC(Zone 8a)

Help.need to know when to dig these up. Also known as Schoolhouse lilies, Rhodophiala bifida. They've already bloomed. One source says to transplant in March, one says to transplant now, in the Fall.

I would say when the leaves die down. Digging them now will damage the roots which are esential at this time of year

Thanks, Mark. I've gotten many conflicting answers. Will have to check back with the trader.

what else have you been told?

Everything from A to Z. It's ok to dig now, don't dig now, wait until early summer, wait until march, wait until it's dormant.
