How's everyone doing today??? Water, water, water. It does flush things out!
Interestingly enough - even though MY scale doesn't say so, the scale at the gym has me down about 2 pounds. I did have to recalibrate mine, so maybe it doesn't reflect the same as when I started. I'm still using my home scale as the baseline, always with a little "ohhh" pleasant surprise at the gym. Usually, it's been the opposite, where my scale is lighter than the gym, the doctor, etc.
