I wasn't sure where to post this, but I think those of us who live out in the country are more likely to have this problem... if I'm in the wrong spot, I'm sorry.
I love fall, it's my favorite season, EXCEPT for the durn mice trying to find a cozy home for the winter.
Our cat caught two last week... I don't want to use poison in case one of the cats would actually eat the mouse. We use the traps, but, I'm not real fond of them either.
Today in Lowes I saw an Electronic Pest Repeller, it says it drives pests away because it "Generates safe, powerful ultrasonic signals, repelling pests from your home or office" and one works on 1000 square feet of space. It is supposed to work on mice AND spiders.
Has anyone ever used one of these, and do they work? I'm thinking if they do, I'll buy several for the house, and maybe even a few for the barns... we end up feeding the mice as well as we feed the cows, and NOTHING makes my hubby madder than to heave a bag of feed over his shoulder to have it pour out behind him because a mouse has gotten into it.
