waiting for blooms to open

Seems like a happy bloomer to me, congrats.
On first look I would say it's H. nummularioides. Corolla lobes of flowers on nummularioides have a "fuzzy" look and flowers are very fragrant.

desert rose, are your hoyas planted outside? It appears that they are. How lucky to live in a place where you can plant all the neat things like the hoyas outdoors.

TJ they are outside in hanging baskets underneath trees. I will have to put them in the hoop house when the weather gets cooler

d_r, did the blooms open yet? I have heard they are pretty slow.
