Thanks for you picture -- I have this and bought it as "bi-color sage". Didn't know the correct name, but love the plant!

Hi, Kaufman! Yep! That is a picture of it I think. The blooms are the same. The "Sapphire Carpet" variety is a low growing, spreading plant. Mine are planted in large containers and they spill out around the sides and hang down. I can move them as the sun changes positions during the growing season. I have found that they do require some sun (morning or brief afternoon in my area) in order to bloom well and for more than just a few of the leaves to darken. Thanks for your comments. :O)

I HAVE to have this color Salvia! I have alot of the pink ones... and I have some seeds for the red ones... But I have NEVER seen ANY blue ones ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where did you get it? I want some seeds from this plant! `

I purchased the plants at a local nursury here in San Antonio that provides many native Texas and xeriscape plants. I will try to collect some seeds for you. I think you can purchase the seeds also. I'll check it out. Thanks for your comments. :o)
