Beautiful plant. It looks like bonsai; did it grow that way naturally?

Yes, these normally grow like that, even out of the pot. Saw some used as a hedge in Thailand, where they grow like weeds (sort of like Jade plants for us here in So Cal).

Beautiful plant! I have had 3 of these for about 2 years, all are about 7-9" tall and have grown very little, a few leaves at the top, no branching, no blooms. Are these just extremely slow growers? Do they eventually branch as they age?

What a surprise - we bought this plant at Lowe's this week. I had forgotten seeing pictures at the PDB, returned home to research and rushed back to Lowe's to buy it before all specimens were sold; returned following day to purchase one for our plant-loving son-in-law. Can't wait for blossoms!
