Well, I thought I'd be so pumped up about losing more weight last week that I'd not be tempted to stray.
Not so. I awakened in the middle of the night with the munchies and ate at least 2 handfuls of a dry (and tasty!) cereal. Less fatening than cake but still carbs...
Have a great weight-loss/ drinking water week, everyone. I'll be back in a couple of days... going to my aunt's to plant shrubs rescued from another project.
