Wintermoor
Lovely and I can just imagine the fragrance.
Great pictures Alice. You have so many blooms it is hard to believe that they are all in your greenhouse. It must be wonderful in there in the evening and early morning.
It's gorgeous Alice!
WOW!!!!
Alice, are you sure this is Maya? Maya has x candida type flowers, which have a longer calyx. Could this be Peaches and Cream?

WOW OH WOW. That's absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Is it planted in a pot or in the ground? Maya just shot to the top of my wish list!
After that I think I'll go back to learning how to knit and sew :-(

Monika,
I had a plant as P&C that did not grow well for me. It had fuzzier type leaves than this plant.
I wound up giving to a friend in the south so it did not die .. and has done well for her.
This plant is Sunset I originally got from Tony Avent/Plant Delights.
I was told not it's correct name, but really Maya ..don't remember who right now. ???
It has grown to one stalk with a good crown.
I will try for a photo of the whole plant ..so you can see its whole form.
What I have liked about this plant is its vigor and easy to bloom. Right now, loaded in blooms.
Just gorgous.
back3back ...
It's in a pot. All the brugs here are pot grown.
Glasshouse is VERY FRAGRANT right now .. LOL
Maybe Maya & Sunset really are different? My Maya turned quite orange when it bloomed this summer. I'll have to check out the calyx.
Very beautiful! Maya is my favorite plant. By the way, my Maya was labeled as Peaches & Cream. The person I recd. it from was 100% certain that this plant was P&C.
Isn't plant ID a fun thing!!! I think mine is a Maya, but who can be sure now.
Alice, I have Peaches and Cream. The foliage differs from Maya. The leaves are lanceolate, versicolor like. Maya has oval formed leaves.
I dont know, if I was asked about being planted in a pot or the ground LOL but I'll answer back2back: its pot-in-pot planting. The petunias are in the large pot, Maya itself has a 5 gallon pot which has side and bottom holes. Together its planted into the large pot and dup out in the fall.

Alice & Monika, Since I live in So Cal, will my brugs do better in pots or in the ground?
Thanks,
Bambi
Another beauty for us to drool over...LOL....so full of wonderful blooms. This is sooo pretty....
