Are they suppose to be white? I'm still not sure if I'm happy with this plant. It is still burning even with the cooler weather. Not sure if it's going to come in this weekend.
Snowbank in bloom
They turn apricot... I think. You've done good to get blooms. Mine hasn't even Yed.
Awww Kristi, have a heart, I love it and mine is only about 1-1/2' tall, no Y's.
Don't know where you've been, but suddenly you are back, with ALL these fantastic blooms. Thanks for sharing!
Kristi, you did a good brugjob :-)
Thanks. Gloria I've been SO busy not to mention the darn car shopping has just about put me over the edge. With it getting dark here before 7 p.m. my day seems so short. Boy I'm not looking forward to winter.
Mine has buds and will open in a couple of days, but I also have the ugly leaves with browning from either sun or wind. You leaves look much better than mine do.
Did I send you that Snowbank?? I have 2 of them, they both have buds. I was wondering why the leaves looked like they were scorched.........guess from what I've read here that is the nature of the beast? They both made a teensy little "Y", didn't even look like one. They're about 18 inches tall, hope the biggest bud doesn't fall off, since I put them up in the greenhouse today.
Mine came from you, Anna, & is doing great but no buds. It was getting scorched leaves until I put it in the middle of some taller brugs. It was surrounded on all sides by taller plants & hasn't burned at all since then, even when we had 100º day after day. I thought about moving it to a less sheltered spot now that it's cool, but haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
