Adora

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

A better photo.
Adora's blooms are larger and broader than Frosty Pink.
The rim will turn deep rose at it ages.
Very pretty large flower.

On you it looks pretty! Wasn't too fond of it here, but will keep it. It blooms quite often and is always large blooms. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty picture, Alice.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I love big! and I love big and pink more!! LOL

Your pics, as usual are fantastic Alice! Thanks

It is a pretty picture, but I liked the flying saucer picture better. Maybe because it looked so much darker. Have you got everything moved inside now? It is a dreary day here or I'd go out and do something. Supposed to get to 68 warm degrees.

This bloom is so huge, I measured the width of the bell last night.
It is 8 1/4" diameter.
Believe the largest flower I had ..ever!

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Very nice shot Alice, your plants always look so healthy and well tended.

Alice, this is my Rosa Traum. It's definitely different than your Adora. The flower is smaller and the tendrils aren't as long.

I see that, Sue.
hmmm...

Have you compared this to Frosty/Isabella/Golfito?

Maybe Monika can help with this.
Hoping she stops by.

Yes, I'm still here. LOL
Haven't popped in and gone as usual this morn. hehe

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

I only have Isabella to compare and it's different than that. I'll post a new thread and maybe Monika will see it.

Alice, no question its Adora. I like the large, long lasting flowers.
Poppysue, its almost impossible to identify Rosa Traum unless you had it for 20 years like I do. At that time, Rosa Traum was the only existing pink B. suaveolens. Thats why I know mine is Rosa Traum!
Today, its the same problem here: too many Frosty Pinks!!!!

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

I love that one. Big pink flowers are my favorite. Very, very pretty.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I like this one also. I have decidded the skinny corolla tube is not my favorite look. Will make it easier to toss my bruglings!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

They are pretty, but I am like Kell, the skinny corolla tube is not my favorite either.

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

Thanks Monika. I'm glad you didn't say it wasn't RT... anyway ;)
