Anyone have any 'Painting on Rocks' books by Lin Wellford?

(Carole) Cleveland, TX(Zone 9a)

I'd be willing to trade Cannas, Elephant Ears, Caladium Bulbs, something....

I have a 6 year old (on the 3rd ; ) who wants us to paint rocks as a winter project. A friend is trading me some cool river rocks for plants I gave her last year.

Please LMK if you have any interest *smile*

I have the book , but couldn't part with it. I paint rocks and when I've been away from doing it for a while I use it as a reference alot. Try you local library and if they don't have it, they could get it on interlibrary loan for you . I use this service alot and it is unlimited in the books available for loan from other librarys.(usually this service is free, but there may be a nominal charge, depending on local policy). Lou

Carole, here is a link to 44 of those books, starting at $8.95:

Hope that helps you to find the one you are looking for. I have a painted rock done as a rabbit, it is great! It is from an Abbey in NJ where they paint them to raise money. I met the Abbot at a gathering, and we had such a good time talking that he sent me one as a gift.

Thanks, guys. I know I can probably get about anything at the library. Was just hoping to have a copy of my own, and trade plants for it sounded like a good plan to me ; )

Happy Fall!
