Challenge Wk 7, Day 1

Albany (again), NY(Zone 5b)

Maybe it was the water *slightly baffled look* - I was way behind schedule yesterday, but, as of today, I'm down 2 pounds for the week, 6 total for the challenge. Not bad. There's another half pound leeway, but I want to save it for next week! ;-)

I'm really eyeing that ten marker (2 1/2 pounds away) - where it drops below to the next level - like from 130 to 129 (clearly just an example) :)

Other items - happy birthday trillium_girl, hoping vic is enjoying the RU, where are you woodspirit?

Carb question - for the others on doing the low carb approach how do you gradually add back in carbs without losing progress. I'm staying near induction, but really averaging ever so slowly at about a pound a week, which I'd like to continue. Not that a pound a week is so bad (in fact, I am quite comfortable with that rate and would like to continue until February), but it seems slow for a radical induction phase.

Off to drink more water! Everyone, have a wonderful day. Keep persevering, remember, if anything, staying even is a pound you don't have to re-lose! And, surprise losses can even show up on a plateau! Let's stick together and keep trying to move forward!
