Hi folks – continuing to struggle – think am at a plateau – which is not fair. I did not expect a plateau at 5 pounds. Grrrrrr. Continuing to do the following – large chef salad and tuna salad at lunch, other protein in the evenings (hamburger, chicken, etc.) Past couple of days, haven’t had enough water, so trying the water bottle at work again. Hopefully the increased water will help.
Not sure if I will make my weekly goal or not – it IS discouraging, but does not tempt me to go off the diet.
Wondering one thing – and maybe some of the other low carb people can confirm – have any of you encountered a decrease in bulk more than the weight loss would suggest? I’m wondering, even though I haven’t increased my activity, if the muscle volume is going up, as a result of my changed eating habits? Any thoughts?
