Here's a picture of some cannas I have that I'd be willing to trade for these. I don't know the name of them, though.

Are these young crinums? I only have a few Milk and wine but the ones I have I bought from a co-op here and they looked like this. I realize they may not all be this large but the shape seems different, but of course I am brand new to crinums! Just curious.

Sharon, I am hardly an expert, but I got some of these from an old friend long before I gardened and they looked like the ones in the first picture (from WillowWasp).

When I had to move, gardeners were laughing at me when I said I wanted to dig them up and couldn't figure out what was going on. I had trouble finding the edges of these bulbs because they had GROWN so much.

What I learned is that the bulb will grow when it's left in the ground like that. What WillowWasp is sharing is the babies (bulblets) from the mother bulbs ~ I am assuming.

Am I close?

Some are babies and some are the Mother Bulbs, thats why I said a mixed batch..no one will get all babies and no one all mother bulbs...I'm posting more pictures of the bulbs themselves....the mother bulb has a bublett attached and I have some of them and some "Babies that are much larger"
But you can decide for yourself if you want any.....

WillowWasp, if you're in Zone 9, you must be quite a bit further south than I am in the D/FW area.

How far are you from the Texas Hill Country? There's a plant swap there Oct. 25th and I'll be there. A lot of VERY nice folks there as well.

I do have some Cannas I could spare, but my garden is about full now. If you might be able to make it to the THCPS, I'd be happy to bring you at least 1 or 2.

LMK!

Don't think I will make it to the roundup this year got such a late start I don't have anything to bring and I would want to....
I am going to plan on it next year for sure and will have lots of stuff for all..... :o)
