Eclipse and Irish, do Plumeria make seeds?

Homestead, FL(Zone 10b)

Weeds:

Seed pods do form on plumerias. http://www.plumeria101.com

Has anyone here ever had seed pods on theirs? Mine have not.

Dripping Springs, TX

From what I understand not all varieties get seeds. Weeds Do you know what variety you have?

Homestead, FL(Zone 10b)

Weeds:

I had a seed pod on my Maui Beauty that contained 35 seeds. I shared seeds with my co-workers and I planted the remaining seeds. Hopefully they'll germinate and one day I'll have pictures of them to post.

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

Ohhhh, wouldnt you love to have an outfit that color??? That color looks great and I wish I had some shoes that color too..... :o)

When you plant the seeds..plant them with the "wing " pointing upward and just bury the swollen part. Will sprout in a very short time this way..if you lay them on their sides and cover them they may not sprout. Just like Maple tree seeds.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 6b)

I bought a bunch of plumeria seeds on ebay. I put them in a damp paper towel inside a baggie & sprouted them before planting. They sprouted in about a week. As soon as a sprout starts sticking out, plant it the way that Kyle said. If you wait until the root is sticking out a lot, it turns back against the seed & takes a while to straighten out.
