Starting this thread fairly late - hope everyone is doing OK.
I just got back from the gym. The extra protein in my diet is making a difference in strength. I was able to start at higher weights than I would have otherwise. I didn't get as tired as I expected. I finished off with a bout on the exercycle. Ironic thing, came home and the ketone levels were "nil". Oh well - can't win every time.
