I have had a Hoya for the past 4 years and it produces one bunch of flowers that are fragrant only once the lights go out at night. (Is this normal ? ). According to the Hoya page the flowers look like the variety named India Rope
My problem is that I repotted the Hoya into a much larger pot about two months ago and put it in full sun. Some of the leaves turned brown and the leaves on the entire plant turned light green from their deep green colour. In addition the soil has stayed wet since the transplant due to rain. I have since moved the plant into partial shade in a covered location
Can someone please advise me as to what immediate steps I should take to get the plant back into shape.
Thanks and be well,

Illiya, first off we'll have to determine which species you have since the requirements may differ from species to species.
With India Rope you might mean Hoya compacta, aka Hindu Rope. Check here for confirmation: http://plantsdatabase.com/go/53915/
First step, if not already taken, is to remove from direct sunlight. Leaves which have been sun bleached yellow are pretty much dead so either wait for them to dry up to remove or clip them right away if you like to. Light green leaves may return to the darker green after a few weeks.
Species confirmation is required for soil moisture needs.
