Variegated artemesia for trade

south central, WI(Zone 5a)

I have , what I think is Artemesia "Oriental Limelight",a variegated yellow and green plant ,which loses much of it's variegation when it grows to full height (about 4'-5 foot)-then it looks like Christmas tree with tiny white buds on the branches, I do not know yet if they open up more-but do not have the time to find out and still trade. The variegation stayed better on the one that I pinched back , to one foot, by dropping in on it's head!!
I am also not sure how many I have to trade, some plants are single stems, others are either really close together or a clumping plant. Anyway, Most of them have to go, I need small, clumping plants for a rock garden ( hen's and chicks only if not the regular green-I have plenty of those). If the plant is only single stem, I have odds/ends to make the most of postage-sundrops, star of Bethlehem bulbs, baby drumstick allium bulbs, starter elm and maple trees, spiderwort, sedum acre, un-rooted curly twig willow branches.
