Doing fairly well, still staying very low on the carbs, feeling a bit blue about the plateau (which ironically is coupled with decent ketone levels - so I know at least SOMETHING is going on even though it doesn't reflect on the scale).
I keep promising myself and not doing it, but I start at the gym tomorrow. If I have everything packed up tonight and in the car, I can work out before coming home tomorrow evening. That's always my best time of day, highest energy and means coming home feeling great, no appetite. Now why haven't I just been able to START. Oh well, maybe this plateau is the real impetus to get my butt in gear.
We're prepping the new perennial bed now - so back out to the garden.
