Oh my! I am going to have to look for that one. We have yucca here that grows wild, but it makes a white bloom.

Shame on you shirley! I can't stay on this thing hunting all the time. Just give us a hint.

Very aattractive--but darn it, I doubt it would grow in Michigan.

Jacksonville, IL(Zone 5a)

Neat plant! And I'm so happy that it's hardy to 5a! Now if I can just get the seeds to germinate!

Apple Valley, CA(Zone 11)

My red yuccas seem to attract hummingbirds.

Nice picture. It's the first picture I've found that shows the whole plant, not just the flower. When you're wondering whether to get a plant you want to see a mature plant, flowers and all!

I'll bet it won't flower like that here in the UK though.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)

I have a red yucca in zone six. I grew it from seed that I got from a neighbor's plant. It is about three years old, two feet tall and is the longest blooming plant that I have in my garden.
I tried to upload a pic of my yucca and couldn't. Before all the changes at DG it was easy, not anymore.
